1. Digital Products
All products offered through PAPI are digital products. No physical goods are shipped.
Upon successful payment, purchased content may become immediately available for download, streaming, or viewing.
2. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire once:
- performance has begun,
- you have expressly consented to immediate access to the content, and
- you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the content has been granted.
By completing a purchase and providing the required consent during checkout, you acknowledge that access to the digital content may begin immediately and that your right of withdrawal may be lost once access has been granted.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available after content has been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise made available to the purchaser.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
- duplicate purchases,
- technical issues preventing access to purchased content,
- unauthorized transactions,
- content that materially differs from its description.
PAPI reserves the right to request additional information before reviewing a refund request.
4. Creator Responsibility
Products available through PAPI are offered by independent creators.
The creator is responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, content quality, and compliance with applicable laws.
PAPI acts solely as the platform operator facilitating transactions between creators and buyers.
